About Me
I’m Rajatesh Paul, a final-year B.Tech student in Information Technology at KIIT, Bhubaneswar, with a strong foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, and Database Management Systems. I enjoy solving logical problems and building efficient solutions that are scalable and practical for real-world applications.
I have a strong interest in Cloud Computing and Machine Learning, and I’m always curious about how modern technologies can be used to build secure and impactful systems. I’m skilled in C, C++, Java, Python, SQL, along with web technologies like React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and I have hands-on experience working with tools like AWS, Git, MySQL, and Oracle DB.
I also bring a creative and collaborative mindset, having worked as a Senior Creative Executive (Photography & Videography Lead) at FED KIIT, where I managed event coverage and coordinated with teams to deliver high-quality content. I believe in continuous learning, improving my skills, and staying consistent with my career goals.
Apart from academics, I enjoy playing video games and watching web series, which help me relax and stay entertained with engaging stories. I’m also deeply passionate about photography, and I spend my free time capturing moments and experimenting with new techniques to enhance my creative skills.

1. Parkinson’s Disease Detection using Machine Learning
• Designed and implemented an SVM-based classification model for Parkinson’s disease detection using voice features, achieving 87.17% prediction accuracy.
• Performed data preprocessing, feature extraction (MDVP, jitter, shimmer), and exploratory data analysis (EDA) on medical voice datasets to improve model performance.
• Evaluated the model using confusion matrix, accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score, ensuring reliability and interpretability of results.

2. Cloud-Based Secure File Management System
• Developed a responsive web interface using React.js for secure file upload and management.
• Implemented user authentication and authorization using Amazon Cognito, supporting secure sign-up and login.
• Integrated Cognito Identity Pools with IAM roles to provide controlled, temporary access to cloud resources.
• Configured per-user file isolation and stored data securely in Amazon S3 with server-side encryption (SSE-S3)
